Scope
This agreement applies only to the public pages and current content served at emonster.vision. No installable or downloadable software or separate product license is offered through this site.
Limited website license
Subject to this agreement and the Terms of Use, emonster grants you limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and display the public pages in an ordinary web browser for lawful informational use. No other license is granted.
Restrictions
Unless applicable law permits it or emonster gives written permission, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from the site or its content. You may not reverse engineer site code, bypass technical protections, remove proprietary notices, interfere with operation, or use the site for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Ownership
emonster and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the site, designs, code, logos, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property. Apple, Apple Vision Pro, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.; their appearance does not state or imply sponsorship or affiliation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Privacy and technical delivery
The site is delivered through Firebase Hosting and stores only the local preferences described in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics is not currently configured, so no analytics tag loads even if you choose Allow analytics.
Availability and no warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, emonster disclaims warranties of availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and error-free operation and does not promise that this site represents a future product or commercial commitment.
Governing law and contact
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a written agreement with emonster states otherwise. Questions about this agreement or intellectual property notices may be sent to support@emonster.com.
